1. Has my personal information been secured?

All information you have provided will be kept in strict confidence by Lee Thailand and that such information will be used internally for the purpose of delivery to or providing services to the customers only.

2. Have details of my credit card been secured?

Your credit card details will be SSL encrypted and will not be stored online or accessed without your permission.

3. I forgot my password.

You can request for a new password on the page login to my account by clicking on the link forgot your password, entering your registered email address and then confirming your request. You will receive an email to reset your password once again.

4. Do I have to register on the Lee Thailand website to place a purchase order?

Unnecessary, you can place a purchase order without making any registration on the website. Anyhow, the registration will enable you to track down your purchase order, check your purchase order history and place your purchase order without entering your details once again which will help you save your time when you formalize actions on the purchase orders in the future.

5. How do I register my account?

Registration is quick and easy; just click on the Create Account button on the Login to My Account page and enter the required information or during the payment process. Select the ‘Registration’ option.

6. How can I update my profile?

You can change your personal information on My Account page.

7. How can I place a purchase order online?

Add the products you want to purchase by clicking on ‘Add in Shopping Bag’ and then click on ‘View Shopping Bag’ link to begin the purchase order process. This website will walk you through the necessary steps for each topic.

8. Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, your billing address will be automatically entered based on your shipping address. However, you can change that address during the checkout process. If you have an account, you will be able to create, change and save multiple addresses in your address profile. But, if you have already placed your purchase order, you cannot change the delivery address.

9. Can I have the products under the purchase order delivered to an address other than my home address?

When placing a purchase order, you can enter the different shipping and billing addresses which, in this respect, the products under the purchase order will be delivered to the specified address and we will forward the products without any price information. In this regard, you will receive an e-mail with a detailed receipt of your purchase order. In addition, the My Account area will also have an address profile which allows you to save your address in the different shipping and billing addresses.

10. Can I request for the products to be shipped overseas?

No! Meanwhile, www.lee.co.th can make deliveries in Thailand only. We have no shipments out of Thailand.

11. How long will it take for the delivery?

The products under all purchase orders will be delivered by leading transport companies within 5 - 10 days. Lee Thailand apologizes in advance for any delays in the deliveries in the case that the quantities of the purchase orders during the period of sales are high.

12. How do I pay for my purchase order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and JCB as well as debit cards. We also accept payments through counter services, iBanking and Mobile Banking, as well as Cash On Delivery (COD) or payments at the destinations.

13. When can I receive the products under my purchase order?

The products under all purchase orders will be delivered by leading transport companies within 5 - 10 days. Lee Thailand apologizes in advance for any delays in the deliveries in the case that the quantities of the purchase orders during the period of sales are high.

14. What should I do if my payment is denied?

If your payment is denied, please contact your bank or credit card company because it is the responsibility of the service providers on banking of ours and your financial institution to set aside the amount of money and levy on thereafter. 15. When will the system charge the payment from my account?

Your credit card will be charged immediately upon final completion of the purchase order.

16. How do I know that my purchase order has been received by the system?

When you have already placed a purchase order, www.lee.co.th will acknowledge the receipt thereof through message confirmation. Additionally, you will receive a summary and receipt via email if you register with us. You will be able to view your purchase order on the website after 24 hours on the My Account page.

17. Where can I find my purchase order number?

Your purchase order number will be in the confirmation e-mail and on the My Account page under the Order History.

18. How do I change or cancel a purchase order?

Usually, the products under your purchase order will be delivered within 3-5 days (7-10 days during a high delivery volume), so, you cannot cancel your purchase order before the delivery. If you should desire to return a product you ordered once it was received, please proceed with the actions according to our return policy.

19. How can I check the delivery status?

Once you have confirmed your purchase order on the website, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the system has received your purchase order. It is also your receipt thereof. Within 1-2 days thereafter, your purchase order tracking number will be updated on the My Account page.

20. I have not received the products under my purchase order.

If you have not received the products under your purchase order within 5 - 10 days, please contact LEE Thailand Customer Service at email admin@lee.cmg.co.th or call 02-026-6524, Monday - Friday between 09:00-21:00 (except on public holidays) to help solve such problems.

21. What is your refund policy?

We are willing to accept the return of the products within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us with the return of the product. Inside the packaging box you have received, you will find details of your purchase order along with the details of the return. Please make checks once again. If the items shown in the waybill do not match with the products contained in the packaging, kindly notify our Customer Service Section immediately. The returned product must be purchased from www.lee.co.th only.

22. The product I received does not match the product under my purchase order.

23. How do I return or exchange an item of the products?

We are willing to accept the return of an unused item that have not yet been cut off which, in this respect, the product is a product purchased through an authorized website. 24. How do I return a defective product?

25. How will the refund be processed?

The refund will be made through the card used for placing the original purchase order. You will receive the amount of money for the returned item after we have received the returned item and successfully processed it. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
